Walking Dogs

The starting hotel, Springhill Suites by Marriott, are also pet-friendly. However, if you do decide to bring your dog, keep in mind that not all buildings will let you bring in a pet. Some places that dogs aren’t permitted that you will pass by on your walks are:

• The Alamo
• The Mission Churches
• The Japanese Gardens (only allows service dogs)
• Mission San Juan (only allows service dogs)

If there is a spot that you want to stop while on your walk, we recommend checking to see if they allow pets.

Please make sure you bring enough doggie bags and make sure they are on a leash at all times.
