All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. You must contact the AVA no later than Thursday, January 15, 2026, to cancel your registration for the 2026 TEXAS TRAIL ROUNDUP IML. Cancellations made prior to January 15, 2026, will be eligible for refunds.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made after January 15, 2026.
